This Privacy Policy applies only to the Website. It does not apply to the confidential health information We maintain about clients in the course of providing psychotherapy services. That information is “protected health information” governed by Our separate Notice of Privacy Practices under the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA). Where this Privacy Policy and the Notice of Privacy Practices differ, the Notice of Privacy Practices controls with respect to protected health information.

We use Google Ads conversion tracking solely to measure when a visit that originated from one of Our advertisements results in a click to schedule an appointment. We do not build advertising audiences from Your browsing, We do not use the pages You view — including pages addressing specific conditions or treatments — to target advertising to You, and We do not engage in behavioral remarketing.

You may further control these technologies by:

• installing the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on;
• adjusting Your Google Ads personalization settings; and
• using Your browser’s cookie controls.

How We Share Information

We share information only with Service Providers who process it on Our behalf, and only as needed to provide, secure, and improve the Website:

• Google LLC — analytics and advertising-conversion measurement;
• Cloudflare, Inc. — Website hosting, content delivery, and security;
• Our scheduling provider — if You click to schedule an appointment, You are directed to an external scheduling platform; any information You enter there is governed by that provider’s own privacy policy.

We may also disclose information when required to do so by law or in response to valid requests by public authorities, or where necessary to protect Our legal rights, the safety of others, or against fraud or abuse.

We do not sell Your Personal Data, and We do not share it with third parties for cross-context behavioral advertising.
